How to make libreoffice theme light mode (completely)

I want to make it light (the whole background), like onlyoffice, even though my system is dark. I am on fedora kde 43.

I guess selecting “Light” in the settings (LibreOffice > Appearance > LibreOffice Themes, as in the screenshot by Grantler) should do it, but it doesn’t work on KDE. I also tried on MacOS and it worked correctly there, the OS was dark-themed but LO was light-themed.

The problem I was trying to actually solve was that in the Styles sidebar the text is black on almost-black background when using the dark theme, which is illegible. As a workaround I’ve disabled “Show previews” in that sidebar.

You’re right. It doesn’t work on KDE, unfortunately. I have tried every method, but nothing works.
