How to open a password protected docx file created by MS office 2013?

When I open the password protected doc file from MS office 2013, it shows “general error, general input/output error”

Also take a look at the list of bugs in FDO that match the search string “FILEOPEN docx password”:

If your particular bug doesn’t seem to match one of the existing bugs in FDO, please file a new bug and attach a password-protected file as a test case (if possible).
