How to print correct field when you have set a "freeze row and Column"

I have set Column A to “freeze row and Column”. All of my data is from column “B” onward.

I cannot figure out how to lets say print Column A1 to A36 then only Column Q1 to Q36 to W1 to W36.

Any suggestions will be very appreciaited. Thanks ahead.

If you want it like on the screenshot, the IHMO only works if the columns in between are hidden.
