How to setup a rule that after "et al." the next word is not capitalized?

Can someone share, how to set up a rule that when I write “et al.” the next word is not capitalized. For example, et al. reported and not et al. Reported

You have two possibilities:

• Press Ctrl+Z immediately after capitalization to cancel it.

• Add an exception in Tools>AutoCorrect>AutoCorrect Options, Exceptions tab.

  Note you can only add al. and not et al. (no space allowed inside “words”). If this makes a difference for you, fallback to the first method.
