How to stop table from deleting more than the selected row

I am using Libre Office Writer Version: 6.3.2.2 (x64)
on a laptop running Windows Home 10.
I copied a table from the internet and pasted it into a Writer document. Now when I delete a cell that has another cell with the same information, it will delete both.

For Instance:

Say this is row 12 and Row 3 has the same information (the slash is representing the two different columns).
Insert a new line in the document / New line
If I delete any part of that in either row, it will automatically delete it in the other row. Obviously it must be connected but I don’t know how to change it. I am trying to get rid of duplicates.

Screen shots are usually not very helpful in cases like this. Can you give us a file with the actual document, or at least the table part of the document, so that we can “play” with it in order to figure what is going wrong?
