How to substitute each field old base reference by new base reference, field names being the same

Using Writer Version: 6.2.7.1.lin1 (x64), I have a base to produce two documents, one for pre-production and one for production. Writing the document, i made some updates to the base, new fields, or new values. I surely did it wrong, but as i did not see my new fields or new values in the writer doc, i opened a new instance of the base, so the writer document references base, then base1, and then base2.
The final print was not good, because some fields remained as base.field.dbname.

Now, i reorganised my base, and i would like to substitute any old reference by this new base, the field’s name being unchanged, only th base name. Is there a way to do that automatically ?

Suggested by HR2KO in the french forum, a solution would be to suppress the old base and rename the new base as the old one.
Otherwise, it seems you can only do manual substitution.
