How to supress leading spaces in unnumbered ToC entry

Between chapters and appendices I have a glossary which I want to include in the ToC.

It is unnumbered but seems to include the spaces usually between number and text. I can’t find the right combination of style settings to remove these spaces using my GlossaryTitle style.

Outline level: 1
List style: No List
Include in line numbering: Yes

Am I looking in the right place?

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
LO: 7.3.6.2
Format: .odt to .pdf

Totally cut down my file is still 35MB, too big to attach. It was originally converted from a .docx by LO.

Please edit your question to provide additional data (don’t add them in a comment so that everything in at a single location): OS name, LO version, save format.
For a better diagnostic, attach a reduced version of your document to the question.

Conversion from DOCX to ODT can always lead to problems, especially formatting.
To be able to examine your file, you should reduce it, as already requested by @ajlittoz , i.e. you can make a copy and delete essential parts of the document. However, the problem should be visible and present. Thanks.

If you are not able to provide a reduced file, only general hints about the problem are possible.

List numbering is one of the most problematic areas in converting .docx to .odt because numbering is based on different principles in the suites. Outline should always be reviewed and adjusted in this case to remove all Word idiosyncrasies and switch to Writer mechanism based on Heading n families. Over all, refrain from adding a list numbering with toolbar buttons as it creates a conflict with the dedicated numbering in Tools>Chapter Numbering.
What are the paragraph styles of “Glossary”, “Essential Artefacts …” and “Appendix A Alarms”?
In addition, your document is probably plagued with direct formatting as you can’t work otherwise with M$ Word and this worsens the problem, creating “formatting hell”.

EDIT:
Remark: your screenshot was taken without enabling View>Formatting Marks. Consequently it bears no diagnostic value (we can’t see the spaces ot tabs).
Afterthought: no space is inserted for unnumbered entries provided you did that according to the Writer “standard procedure”, i.e. pressing Bksp when inserting a normally numbered Heading 1 entry. So, we’re back to the question: which paragraph style did you use?
