I am trying to set up the database to catalogue my collection of electrical bits and pieces, but I do not know how to create a hyperlink in the table to link to a manufacturers data sheet stored in a folder alongside the database itself.
There is no special field for hyperlinks. Write the link into e text box. Then have a look at the Base Guide for opening links: Chapter 9 Macros, special “Calling applications to open files”.
