Hyperlink doesn't work

with Mac m1 and os Monterrey hyperlink doesn’t work if I try to click. I’m talking about link to another already existing document, like pdf. I can create the link in the doc but when I click, it can’t open the document (pdf or either).

Function HYPERLINK in LibreOffice 4.1.3.2 on Mac not working

I have issues working with HYPERLINK function in LibreOffice on Mac. The problem is it should never work: when I click on the cell with the formula, it just shows that the link exists, but if I click on the cell, it won’t follow the link. This won’t work with URLs nor with the references to the cell of the same worksheet. However, when I checked the document in LibreOffice 3.4 on Ubuntu, the links worked just fine. So how can I solve my problem?

Are you linking to a file in a temporary directory? Is the file still there?

no. I tried to save the linked file in some different directories, like download, iCloud, dropbox, box, drive. always the same result
