I have win 8.1 pro (downgraded back from win10)
With so little info it is exceptionally difficult to respond.
General help:
Registry Fixes:
Refer to Q56386 and specifically to the Microsoft Fix-It website (good up to win8.1, but not win10):-
“Automatically repair issues that block program installation or removal because of corrupted registry keys”.
That should help in a proper removal of LO & a clean Registry. Then (crossed fingers) a clean re-install.
LO MSI Fix:
LO archive (contains all versions for all OS).
(once downloaded, right-click, choose ‘uninstall’))
