I cannot get a new impress document

If I try to create an impress presentation I get

Object not accessible.
The object cannot be accessed
due to insufficient user rights.

But I do not get it on any other documents Why is this? I also can open my last presentations but i cannot get a new one. I’ve unistalled libreoffice and installed it againg but it was not solved.
