I can't introduce new records in a table. Solved

When trying to introduce a new record in a table I get the following message:
firebird_sdbc error:
*violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint “INTEG_11” on table “Tratamientos HOM”
*Problematic key value is (“ID” = 19)
caused by ‘isc_dsql_execute’
It looks like it cannot add a new record and tries to overwrite an existing one, because when I repeat the input the ID value is 20 and so on.
¿Any idea?
