Please, edit your question (= modify it, don’t answer with a comment) as nobody can help you as is.
Give basic information: OS name, LO version, save format.
You tagged base which means you have a problem with the database interface Base. It seems this is not the case. Do you use Writer, Impress or Draw? Retag accordingly.
For best analysis, attach a sample file.
EDIT:
Still not enough information to understand the issue. Screenshot are usually worth nothing. Since this is your post, I’m afraid you also have a vocabulary problem: a text box in Writer is a graphical object which is not part of the main text flow. But such gray lines may be formatting clues supposed to help you clearly see what is in your document (including usually invisible formatting directives).
Once again, attach your document.
sorry about that, first time posting here and I will change it.
You probably want to look at Style Inspector, although in this case it doesn’t seem to list the character direct formatting
If I select all the text, Ctrl+A, and click Format > Paragraph > Borders, I can see there is a grey hairline set around the paragraph. I click the icon No Borders and OK then one border disappears. I then repeat the operation for Format > Character > Borders and all the borders are gone.
The easiest way however, is to select all the text with borders and click Format > Clear Direct Formatting (Ctrl+M)
Though you use Text Body, your document is plagued with direct formatting. You did it both in the paragraph and the character formatting layers.
Some way or other, you created a border in both layers. And this is a voluntary action because border thickness and colour are not the default ones. Perhaps you pressed some toolbar button (I don’t know which one because I use styles exclusively for reliability and user-friendliness).
Direct formatting is erroneously regarded as “intuitive” and quick by most users. It requires guru skills to properly master and is nothing quick at all because it is a dirty hack. Direct formatting is your worst enemy when you try to tune your formatting and lay out because it overrides styles. Also it is not centrally controlled. You must modify all occurrences.
You can get rid of it by selecting the whole text Ctrl+A and clearing it Ctrl+M. Learn how to use styles and format with styles and only with styles.
