I have lines thru the middle of text on every doc I write why??

I keep getting lines thru the middle of all and sometimes not all the text in my LO docs. Why and how to stop? Thx, Ron

Check (Writer):

Tools menu > Writer > Changes … anything similar?

Edit menu > Changes … activated?

If this is not the reason so check:

F11 (styles manager) > Default style (paragraph) > Font Effects > Strikethrough (Without?)
