I would like to have it in Slovenian and if it is possible without installing fresh the Slovenian version. Is it possible to change the language or to install a Slovenian Language pack?

This is a valid answer actually. Why don’t you repost is as such?
I did it for Bulgarian:
- Main menu → Administration → Synaptic (this is Package manager).
- Search for libreoffice-l10n-
- Find libreoffice-l10n-sl
- Install it.
- Start libreoffice.
- Tools → Options → language → User Interface → choose Slovenian
- I don’t remember, but may be Restart Libre Office to take effect.
Usually distros (or better packagers who compile the source),
split language packages (especially for big software like LO),
from the “main” package (which usually contains only English language).
If you want an additional language (Slovenian in this case),
you have to search for it, usually in the from “libreoffice-still-$LANG” (“libreoffice-still-sl” in this case),
and install it using your distro package manager.
PS: I wrote this answer the more desktop-agnostic possible, without any distro-specific reference because I’d like to be a generic help for both any distro and any language.
