I’m not sure if I actually undertstood the discussion which already took place to every detail.
My answer here therefore returns to the original question

Since a range in Calc simply NOT is a text, but an object, I interpret the words "range as text" here as "range address".

I read that. I only commented on “the range as text” to make things explicitly clear - also for visitors to this answer who did not read the complete question and everything.
In addition a single example does rarely away with every thinkable doubt. I personally e.g. missed a clarification telling if the source range can be in a different sheet of the document, and if the resulting address should be absolute - and if so, in what parts.
I always try to think of visitors who come to the thread based on its subject only and not having precisely the same background and reasons as the OriginalQuestioner.
A forum-like site like this one should always also be a helpful repository.
In this case also the thread was messed up somehow. This was not your fault.
