I recently had to do a re install of my linux mint system. I had all my data files on a separate disk, and when the install was finished I just copied my data files across to the new installation.
Now when I open either a base or calc file, the icons are invisible, and when I hover my mouse across the bottom of a base file it is only then do I know what or where they are. With calc I hover my mouse across the top menu bar
Just to add,Libre Office was on an intel computer, and the files do show the icons on another intel computer. My intel machine was very old and I updated to an HP amd SFF machine.
Any solution for this please
