when the file was saved and Libre Office was closed these were inline with no issues. after re-opening the file they appear to have moved around without explanation.
My guess is that the images that have moved are anchored to page (independent of cell). If you right click on an image and select Anchor | To Cell (resize with cell) they should stay in the cell, although left aligned
Alternatively, Emojis can be rendered in colours in Linux using LO, but I can’t do it in Windows. On second thoughts, the shape of them vary with operating system so not so not worth following up.
