Illegible light text in secondary items of Options menus

In Options menus, settings in secondary portions of options lists are shown in an illegible light-green text on the menus’ light grey background.

An example is: Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > Autocaption. All of the items on the right-hand part of the menu are an illegible light green text on the menu’s light grey background. The items should be shown in legible greyed-out text, instead, until activated.

I can’t figure out what setting controls the color or lightness/darkness of this text. How can I do that?

I am using LO 25.8.5.2 on Fedora KDE Plasma 6.18.13-200.fc43.x86_64 (64-bit).

Click Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Accessibility and in the field for High Contrast select Disabled. OK and restart LibreOffice to see the change.
