I need to have Impress New Slide to have the topic box be Franklin Gothic Book 40pt and the content box to be Times New Roman 28pt and have the default bullets be black squares. How do I do this. Thanks.

Libreoffice has plenty of documentation, the help system but also several regularly updated books.
