I have found that the last 18 slide transitions do not work on the raspberry pi. They do work when I try them on a Windows machine.
Does this have something to do with GPU support? Are there any fixes?
Any help or suggestions would be great.

Would suggest to name the versions of LibreOffice you used on your Pi and Windows.
Those 18 transitions are OpenGL transitions. You might like to read through the bug report to see possible ways forward:

The windows version is 7.5.3.2 x86-64
the pi version is 7.0.4.2
just tried a fresh install on Pi. That is the latest version (7.0.4.2) on the aptitude package manager.
synaptic is also at 7.0.4.2
