In Calc: how to get a series of cells to go beyond 23.99 to 23.100, 23.101, etc

I numbered 3 cells as follows:
23.01
23.02
23.03
I then selected all 3 cells and dragged downward. After 23.99 I hoped it would continue as 23.100, 23.101, etc. Instead, it went to 24.00, 24.01, etc.
How do I get it to go 23.100, 23.101, etc.?

What about type manualy 3 cells ( 23.100, 23.101, 23.102) and fill down again?

I repeated your actions - the result is the way you want. The decimal separator in my settings is comma.
Try to format the column as text before entering the data.
