Hello! How can we make all cells in a table the same size so that the table fills the entire space it is inserted in, but with cells of a uniform size? Thank you so much =)
Do you want to print something like business cards or labels?
Procedure is different for column width and row height.
Columns
Your table may extend from margin to margin or have a specific width. Everything is configured through Table Properties when you right-click in the table.
For a specific width, go to Table tab. Choose an Alignment other than Automatic. This enables the Width entry box where you can set your preferred width.
Once the width of table is set (either auto = margin to margin or specific), go to the Columns tab to set the widths.
Rows
Select the rows you want to set and Table>Size>Row Height. Set your preferred height and untick Fit to size if you don’t allow the row to expand to accommodate cell contents.
