Does Draw have an ‘infinite’ paper space like a typical CADD program?
Would like to create a flowchart type of drawing for random/ongoing thoughts.
No. There is a limit, it used to be 3m X 3m but I think it has been extended, to maybe 6 metres square. I am not at computer to check.
If it is not possible in Draw then does LO have another way to eliminate page sizes?
Do not need to print to hard copy as it is just for my own personal notes.

No. You would need another program, search for mind map free I guess that is what you want
6 m is nearly 20 feet; that is probably too big for a comprehensible flowchart and certainly bigger than most physical sheets of paper.
