So, I’m having a weird issue here. I am making a presentation (.odp) and, yes, it’s using a lot of big image files. The presentation is 2.5GB at the moment. I have lots of space, so that isn’t an issue.
The issue I’m having is that when I try to save the presentation, it tells me this:
Error saving the document :
General Error.
General input/output error.
HOWEVER, this only started just last night. I’ve been working on this for about a week now. It’s been saving to the same directory just fine for ages, and now suddenly it decides to stop working.
The weird part is… it does actually save it. If I make a change, try to save, then it gives me the error, then I close it out and re-open, it tells me the document is corrupted, so I click to repair it, and there’s my file, saved, as if nothing happened.
I’m confused as to why it’s doing this. I’ve seen things about updating - did that, I’m on the latest version, still happening. I’ve seen things about the user profile - tried resetting it and using safe mode, still issue persists. I’ve seen things about Windows Defender - nope, my windows defender doesn’t have the file control setting turned on. I don’t know what to do.
