I need to print #10 envelopes quite frequently. When I use the “Insert/Envelope” command, it opens fine. I click on #10 Envelope and it displays the size as 9.5"x4.13" which is correct. When I do either the Insert or New Document command, it actually creates an envelope that is 9.5"x6.31". Is there a fix or a workaround for this?
Which version of LO are you using and under which operating system? Both Insert > Envelope… > Format tab > Insert and Insert > Envelope… > Format tab > New Doc. behave as expected here with v4.1.3.2 under GNU/Linux.
I am using v4.1.4.2 on Win7. But it was the same way before I just installed the latest version. I would be happy to send you screen shots if that would help.
