How can I disable the appearance of an “insert sheet menu” when I left click at the bottom of a sheet ?
I want this menu to open when I click right and then choose insert (which it does), but when I click left, I just want to bring back Calc at the front of my open windows. It makes me loose a lot of time to close the unwanted insert menu at each time.
My LibreOffice version is7.3.7.2 for Ubuntu22.04

Thank you for this suggestion, but this does not respond fully to my requirement. When I protect the structure, I can no longer right click to open the insert menu (or I would have to unprotect the sheet before). Besides, I would have to protect all the sheets individualy, which is also time consuming. What I really want is a default behaviour of the software that do not associate left click at the bottom with this insert menu.
I see this Insert dialogue if I click on the space to the right of a tab in LibreOffice 7.3.1.3

This does exactly the contrary of what I want. It allows me to remove the insert menu from the right click, but still keeps the unwanted pop-up from left click
