Inserting horizontal line issue in libreoffice 4.0

From help one can find the info regarding inserting the horizontal line.

2. Choose Insert - Horizontal Rule.

The thing is that in libreoffice write 4.0 i couldn’t find the submenu “Horizontal Rule”.

Does it mean that the help is inconsistent or I’ve just missed smth?

Any help on inserting the horizontal line is appreciated.

Why is Horizontal Line broken in 4.0.1?

This other question shows the problem adding horizontal lines (the menu item is simply missing in this version). Strange that no one seems to be addressing the missing menu item. Existing answers (as of writing this) are not helpful, to say the least. I am in no way interested in adding a picture of a line or something strange like that. Where do you see that instruction?

Do File->New->Drawing and you will find yourself in LibreOffice Draw and you can do that.

Anything on Computer that is older than 6 month shall be abandoned
