Bug tdf#171061 has the request for a command that deletes all snap lines at once. I wonder, whether that is possible by a macro. I have not found anything suitable, but I’m not an expert in macros. In the UI you can delete a single snap line. That is in the context menu of a snap line, but it has no uno command.
