Encouraging users to paste screenshots instead of describing an issue precisely, and to help helpers with sample files - is a DDOS attack in disguise.
The site obviously has technichal problems for some time now. As a new example you may take the occasionally shown message:
Due to extreme load, this is temporarily being shown to everyone as a logged out user would see it.

Yesterday I had some problems with the ask server.
Server problem or not, I have seen that some screenshot names in Windows 11 are blocked. So, as a workaround, I paste the image in the edit area, copy the same image from the preview area, and paste instead of the original image.
The DDOS was real; and was resolved by our infra team.
It wasn’t related to screenshots.
