Is there any keyboard shortcut key for duplicating an OLE object like Ctrl + D in MS Word.
Not as far as I know. Alternatives are:
- Ctrl+drag
- Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V . You can use right arrow key and down arrow key to offset the pasted object by a consistent amount, similar to that in Word.
Shift+Arrow key to move a large distance, Alt+Arrow key to move a very small distance - If you are creating a drawing then Draw is the best place to work and has options for duplicating. See Shape > Duplicate and Shape > Cross-fading in Draw. Paste the completed drawing into Writer
