Keyboard Shortcuts all gone!

My LibreOffice crashed, and when I restarted the computer and got Writer back up almost all the keyboard shortcuts had gone, even things with the cursor keys, the back-delete, and so on, but the letter keys were still working. Yet, they all work in other software.

I updated LO to the latest version but that didn’t make a difference. I then uninstalled LO, then reinstalled, and still it hasn’t made a difference. I had previously saved my own Keyboard configuration file but even loading that didn’t change anything.

Any ideas how I can get all the shortcuts back, rather than manually having to reset each one?

You didn’t mention your OS name nor LO version (“latest” doesn’t mean anything since all platforms proceed at their own pace). Under Window$, update usually requires cold reboot. Frequently, user profile reset is also needed (but save it first because user shortcuts are saved there).

Sorry, so details are:

Version: 7.6.4.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e19e193f88cd6c0525a17fb7a176ed8e6a3e2aa1
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded

I’ll try the cold reboot after I’ve completed the work I’m doing (but never needed to do it before).

Do your custom shortcuts somehow conflict with built-in ones?

Oops! Yes, sorry, should have put it as a comment. I’ll delete.

Have found a solution:

I loaded LibreOffice in Safe Mode, and all the key shortcuts were back. So, saved that and then loaded it up in normal Writer mode.
