Let Find&Replace to search for quite short string however not an attribute of ReferenceMark

Is it possible to let Find&Replace to search for a short string (string matches a pattern) which is not created by ReferenceMark?
I don’t find in Find&Replace dialog appropriate setting, nor area of settings.

Background: A Writer Add-on connecting document/Writer instance with 3rd-party app places ReferenceMarks in document. As for this document history I used copy&paste certain number of times, possibly also copy-paste of text blocks with ReferenceMarks present in the block. It turns out that copy-paste does not transport the referencemark fields to copy destination. I need to find these.

Analysis of .fodt exported from document may eventually help to achieve my goal, AI hints. Maybe though one of few cases where the use is worth it.

Yes, searching in odt exported to fodt was the helpful way. DeepWiki Devin helped to find needed search expression (pattern searched for however not nested in two ReferenceMarks, start and stop mark). Search expression is not perfect it misses 4 matches. All search hits are entries of bibliography the ieee style where the string searched occurs without ReferenceMark - these do not result from usage of copy&paste of text block, a block that comprises ReferenceMarks - are legitim. No such occurrence outside bibliography. This is what I need to know.

//text()[matches(., '\[[0-9]{0,2}\]') and not(preceding::text:reference-mark-start and following::text:reference-mark-end)]

Search expression below hits pattern searched for yet wrapped in ReferenceMark:
//text()[matches(., '\[[0-9]{0,2}\]') and preceding::text:reference-mark-start and following::text:reference-mark-end]

GNU QxmlEdit was used to search fodt for my pattern.
