LibO 4.0.4 dmg not recognized

DL from the main site LibreOffice_4.0.4_MacOS_x86.dmg at 132.8mb several times from different machines. Each time geting a ‘not recognized’ error. This machine is running 10.7.5.
Totally devoid of ideas! Thanks in advance. Steve
