Once guidebook in PdF format is downloaded & opened up in one’s pdf software, can one use the annotation feature in the pdf software on their home PC to highlight or draw a circle around text that appplies to them or does the copyright on for ex. Llibre Office Calc Guide 6.2 forbid annotation feature? Please let me know@ thanks!
