Libre Office Help Pack

I have just downloaded the Help Pack after previously downloading version 26.2 (Windows 11). I can’t see that the help pack was downloaded, nor will the help screen come up when I select it. What should I do? I need the help pack.

First, make sure that Windows will allow you to download apps. Click Start menu > Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings and In Choose where to get apps select Anywhere.
.
Second, make sure that your browser is downloading the Help pack to Downloads folder, don’t let it try to install it at the same time. The help pack must match the Language, operating system, hardware, and whether 32 or 64 bit, the same as LibreOffice itself.
.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Downloads folder. Double click the Helppack to install it.

Without installing Help, clicking a Help button will bring up the same help except from the internet. The only difference is that in the browser address bar, local help will begin file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/help/... while online help will begin https://help.libreoffice.org/....
