As far as I can say, this answer is still valid.
If you know exactly the installer / package you want, anybody might burn it on a disk or place it on a flash drive for you. That’s about 216 MiB plus less than 10 MiB per package for offline help in a selected language.

Thanks for the answer, we have had a corrupt download of Libre Office so it would be good to get a disc version
Sorry that I cannot name a source. And if I could, how should I guarantee for the reliabilty?
In what way was your download corrupted? From which supplier did you download?
