Libre Office stuck at loading screen, must end task for it to open on second try

Welcome, my issue is quite easy to fix imo, but unfortunately I cannot find a solution on my own.

After system boot when opening my usual work spreadsheets, the program gets stuck at the loading logo, stops at half point, and won’t go any further. I have to end task and try again for it to load up.

Silly thing is, that when I go fast and open the spreadsheet seconds after windows logs in to the desktop screen, it opens without any issue. Therefore, must be that some other program/system task must be blocking Libre Office from working properly. I added an exception to the firewall, but it didn’t help. My colleague also has this issue on his Windows PC.

If anyone knows how to fix this issue, would greatly appreciate any help.

On Windows, if you have Windows Explorer set to Show recently used files and a recently used file is a 1 or 2 GB file, there can be a considerable delay in opening anything. Unticking that option in Explorer > Options > General might considerably speed up other programs.

After opening Windows and the desktop appearing there are still another couple of minutes for Windows to finish loading everything.
Instead of opening a spreadsheet, does just opening LibreOffice start OK?
If not, does opening LibreOffice in safe mode (Start menu > All > LibreOffice > LibreOffice (Safe Mode) work OK?
Otherwise, set Windows to start in minimal mode and add start up items back until it goes slow so as to identify the problem.
