Libre Office

I agreed to pay for the above yesterday but have no record of terms of the agreement.

you must accept the license

Incorrect. LibreOffice is under a free software license. Unlike with non-free software, you don’t have to accept the license, because it doesn’t limit your rights, just read and understand it.

If you bought a version of LibreOffice at the Microsoft App store then you must ask there.

If you downloaded from the official site, https://www.libreoffice.org/ , then the license is at Licenses | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft

The license does limit your rights of course. You get a license to use or modify the software, you don’t get a license to exclusively own the software so that nobody else can use it. All trademarks, logos, etc belong to their owners not to the licensee, etc, etc
