Hi there. I have a problem that my templates getting deleted again and again. I have to copy them some days more times into the temp folder (system/user/AppData/…).
I have checked several potential problem sources (virus scanners, security software, etc.) without results.
Also, uninstalling and reinstalling with prior cleaning of the registry and restarting the system did not work.
Has anyone another helpful idea? It’s frustrating …
This is confusing, do you mean really into the Temp folder (literally short for temporary folder, therefore deletable) or into the Template folder?
The Template folder(s) paths are defined in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Paths. The usual method to save a template is to click File > Templates > Save as template.
