Over the past few days I have D/Led LIBRECAD.zip from a couple of different places, including https://librecad.org/.
I have messed with the unZIPPed folder, but can’t find an installing file.
Any help ?

Maybe, but as your LibreCAD is no part of LibreOffice you should usually ask elsewhere…

But I followed your own link to the menu downloads, where I found a link to github and this page has two .exe-files linked. So you may try this…
