LibreOffice 25.x EOL but still listed in stable repository?

Hi,

I can see that LibreOffice 25.x is marked as end-of-life here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan

However, here: Index of /libreoffice/stable
it still appears in the stable repository.

I’m a little bit confused. I’m trying to find an automated way to determine the latest stable and still-supported version and if it’s possible directly with an executable.

LibreOffice comes in two versions: The current version and the previous version (formerly called stable) are released every February and every August

• The end of life of LibreOffice versions means that no more sub-versions of that version will be compiled (reviewed).
  The current version will become the previous version when a new version is released.

Although end-of-life versions of LibreOffice still work and there are download links in the archive, it is advisable to update the program.
