LibreOffice 6.2.2 Start Issue on Windows 10

I have used Libre Office 6.1 Writer (Win 10) with no problem. I updated to Libre Office 6.2.2 Writer (Win 10) recently. Office Writer 6.2.2 won’t boot up at all. Can’t get to my Writer documents to back em up. How can I get 6.2.2 to work again?

This 6.2.2 Write version acts really weird! How do I fix it?

You cannot install Writer only - so please describe, what you did to install LO 6.2.2, for example where did you download from, did the install finish without problems, how are you trying to start LibreOffice (just clicking on some icon). Did you try using command line, Windows start menu …
