LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 does not save selection of Complex Text Layout

I selected Thai and clicked Apply button.

After closing LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 and opening again, the CTL is Hindi.

How can LibreOffice save Thai ?

OS: Ubuntu 20.04.3 on Oracle VM VirtualBox

In 6.4.7.2 on Windows 10, I changed CTL to Thai and clicked OK. Closed without saving then re-opened and Thai was still set. Try clicking OK

I did click Apply and then OK.
It moved back to Hindi when open a new blank Calc file.

Here is an apparently irrelevant question, but it relates to initial installs of 6.4.7.2 on Ubuntu 20.04

PDF Index Export Stopped Working

A search here on LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 ubuntu should find more apparently unconnected problems with a similar fix

Thank you so much.
I also tried on LibreOffice 7.1.6.2 on Ubuntu 21.04 on Oracle VM VirtualBox.
The result is the same, it always move back to Hindi .

I have to make a U-Turn to Fedora OS, this problem never happens.
