libreoffice base - add fields from more than one table

in a structure where company details have many contacts as well as many site visits, how do you create a report where the data is from more than one table?

it seems i can only add from one or the other - why not both?

When dealing with more than one table for a report, base the report upon a query or view. You need to combine all information (and duplicate primary table information) to be able to produce the desired result with Report Builder.
