LibreOffice Calc and Text boxes

In Excel, one is able to link a formula to a text box. Is this possible in Calc? I haven’t found a way to do it…but would be great if Calc is capable.

Reference Cell values in TextBox

I located an explanation. The following sequence works for me: Enable Form Control Toolbar (Menu: View → Toolbars → Form Controls) Turn on design mode (Design Mode On/Off button, 2nd button with finger icon) Select Text Box control and draw one.
