LibreOffice Calc Footer Timestamp

Hi,
I would like to add an auto-updating time stamp to the footer of my LibreOffice Calc footer that is not in 24 hour time. I can do this in LibreOffice Writer easily by choosing the format, but can’t seem to do it in Calc. Is there something I’m missing?

Very strange! You can customise the date format everywhere except in the header/footer. Also there is no way to choose a user-defined default for date cells (which could be a workaround for the inability to set a format in the header). The header/footer dialog has many shortcomings.
