LibreOffice Calc – The formula =Cell Reference do not Superscript or Subscript the value as Original

I am using Ubuntu 22.04 and LibreOffice 7.6.4.1. If I type 2nd Jt. CJJD and JMFC in Cell A1 and in cell A2 I type =A1, it will not superscript the nd it shows 2nd Jt. CJJD and JMFC; same in case of subscript. Any solution?

You can not reference the partial character propeties of a cell. You can reference the cell value/string/formula string only. Use Unicode Sub- and Superscript characters (like: X₀₁₂₃₄₅₆₇₈₉⁰¹²³⁴⁵⁶⁷⁸⁹) in the source cells instead of the formatting method. Not all of characters of English alphabet are available but most of them are. And you must use a well featured Unicode character set (font).

For example: 2ⁿᵈ
Copy-paste it into your spreadshhet, and format if with DejaVu Sans Condensed font
