Just D/Led LIBREOFFICE 7.6.2.1 and installed.
Rebooted.
Now LO CALC and WRITER won’t start ?

Was copied and installed - no errors - clean reboot
I would be inclined to install again, or select Repair from the right click menu in Control Panel - Programs and Features - LibreOffice
You might also need to check your anti virus and make sure it isn’t blocking the new version of LibreOffice.
Uninstalled 7.6.2.1 and reinstalled.
Rebooted
Everything came up as it should.
Don’t know why installing it the first time necessitated a reinstall, but at least it’s working
