I am having trouble downloading LibreOffice 6.0.6 64-bit from the LibreOffice website. I get “Internal Error 2503” or “2502” as it attempts to install and then it gives up.
My OS is Windows 8.1 running on an Intel Core i3-2120 3.30GHz processor with 4 GB memory and 64-bit OS.
My system was built by a local store and the Windows 8.1 isn’t valid
anymore but this has not created a problem downloading anything else up until now with LibreOffice.
I have tried downloading with Google Chrome & Firefox and the download itself appears to be fine, it just crashes during the install process.
I have verified that the service status of my Windows Installer is okay but haven’t the foggiest idea what else to try. Can you help?
